Unauthorised Use
Even with the best protections in place, unexpected things can happen. If something ever goes wrong with your account or a transaction, we’re here to help — quickly and clearly.
If you notice any activity you don’t recognise — like a payment you didn’t make or a login from a new location — it’s important to act fast. Our support team is available to assist, and we encourage you to contact us immediately through the app, email, or phone.
Once we receive a report, we investigate it as a priority. Our systems allow us to freeze or reverse transactions in certain cases, and we’ll guide you through each step to resolve the issue. If fraud is suspected, we’ll also report it to the relevant authorities and follow the appropriate protocols to protect both you and the SwiftTransfer community.
We keep records of every transaction and login, which allows us to audit activity and help identify anything unusual. In some cases, we may also ask for ID verification to secure your account.
Our goal is simple: make sure your money is safe and that you feel confident using our service. And if anything ever goes wrong, we’ll make it right — with care, speed, and transparency.
