Trust & Regulations
At SwiftTransfer, we believe trust starts with transparency. We're building a service that doesn't just move money — it moves with integrity.
Our company is headquartered in the United Kingdom, and we operate in line with the standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We are in the process of registering as a Small Payment Institution (SPI), which means we’re taking active steps to meet and maintain high standards in security, accountability, and consumer protection.
Being FCA-aligned isn’t just about legal compliance — it’s about earning your trust every day. It means we handle your funds responsibly, separate customer money from operational funds, and follow clear internal controls.
We also work with reliable financial partners like Flutterwave, a globally trusted payments provider, and we build our infrastructure using secure cloud technologies like Firebase and Google Cloud.
On top of that, we’re committed to being fully transparent with our customers. You’ll always know how your money is moving, what fees you’re paying, and how we protect your information. If anything changes, you’ll be the first to know.
We’re not just building a transfer app — we’re building a platform people can trust. That’s our promise to you.
